Tricks and Treats
Some photos are worth posting even if Halloween was a few weeks back. I really didn't have ANY plans but to ride that night. Well, I just happened to be at Chenga when a handful of locals had rented out the park, all wearing some really awesome costumes. It was unexpected and hilarious. The best thing was they had no cameras out, not even a digi point and shoot. Fun was on there agenda and they had it in a big way. One hander landers, candy bars, half bar spins and cancans was some of the fun stuff I saw. Proof once again, having fun on your bike doesn't have to hurt, piss you off or make you run a certain gear ratio. Next up was the official opening of Rays Mt. bike park. Damn, that place is so fun, Steve Crandall once, said, "If you can't have fun at Rays, you're an asshole" True Steve. Redbull sent out Dhers, and T-Nez, and somehow Catfish was there, Taj, Tony Neyer, Anthony Napoliton, and myself all got to serve the free food to eveyone who paid to ride that day, well, technicaly I got to serve the FREE Pabst Blue Ribbon, haha. I've never served beer before, I felt powerful. Catfish was heating up burgers with his lazer, T-Nez was on the ketchup and mustard, and I was getting people drunk. It was awesome. Thanks to everybody at Rays for making the event super. Rays is the new black, girl jeans, eco-friendly car, sushi restaurant, song, Macbook, Plasma TV. Get it. It's the shit. Go there and get stoked riding your bike no matter what you like to ride, they have.
